Task One – Analysis of the Original Website:The original website for Peace Massage Therapy, Nashville exhibited several design flaws and usability issues that hindered its effectiveness in conveying the business's message and engaging visitors. The critique highlighted both positive aspects and areas requiring improvement.

Positive Aspects:
The alignment of the business name, "Peace Massage Therapy," with the concept of tranquility and relaxation was commendable. The absence of clutter on the site contributed to a clean and minimalist aesthetic. The earthy color scheme, primarily consisting of dark green and beige, resonated with the business's holistic theme encapsulated by the tagline "Mind. Body. Spirit."
Areas for Improvement:
The homepage lacked essential elements such as a clear value proposition, service offerings, and a compelling call to action, resembling more of a contact page. The blurry banner image failed to make a positive first impression, and the color scheme lacked visual appeal.
Disproportionate layout elements, such as the logo, diverted attention from essential information, and navigation was hindered by small font sizes and hidden social media icons.
Insufficient content detailing services, pricing, therapist qualifications, and client testimonials limited the website's ability to communicate its value proposition effectively.
The broad and generic tagline "Mind. Body. Spirit." lacked specificity and relevance to massage therapy services, potentially causing confusion among visitors.
